If you are between 10 and 70 years old, in a generally good condition physically, can swim, climb a ladder, and are not claustrophobic, there shouldn't be a reason why you can't. But it is an adventure tour so do expect some challenges :)

You don't. It is possible to swim underwater between 2 chambers, but it is not required at all when you join this during the tour.
